I love fruits more than vegetables
It’s hard to love vegetables, but I will try bz I have to loose weight

peel and chop 2 lbs carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, 2 T. olive oil, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp garlic power, pepper to taste. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric for blood sugar control. You can also add 1 tsp of Herbes de Provence. Mix it all together. Spread vegetables in roasting pan. Roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir. Roast 10 more minutes. And enjoy!
What u suggest? About flakes in breakfast
Oat flakes imported from UK , I feel itva delicious breakfast with a cup of low fat milk

If I have cravings for sugar, can I use brown sugar as replacer bz stevia or other healthy replacer not available here
